IBM relies on maps to guide its exploration of new technology. To chart the future, they created The IBM Research Technology Atlas, a new navigation tool showcasing their technology roadmaps. This includes a detailed quantum roadmap, with plans to develop modular systems and devices with over 4,000 qubits, along with roadmaps for AI, systems, security, semiconductors, and hybrid cloud.
